Our technical crew visits your premises and installs an antenna usually on the rooftop or at the sides of the building where appropriate.

The antenna is pointed to the closest base station – one of many located around the country – which in turn is connected directly to our fiber backbone.

An outdoor cable is then installed from the antenna to the indoor router device provided to you at the time of the installation.
